Hello and thank you for your honest review about your recent purchase. As mentioned in our messages on Etsy after I saw your review, I apologized for the delay, and sent you your file this evening. But I understand it missed the deadline of when you needed it and expected it. And in turn, I have learned that information IH ad posted for my customers had conflicting information and I appreciate that coming to my attention. I have updated my information for future customers. Thank you for this lesson. I do hope that if our products are ever an interest for you again, you would consider another purchase.
